Laura brings over two decades of expertise in the beauty industry, having embarked on her journey back in 2001.

​​

Laura’s journey started as a senior nail technician, moving on to managing a Clarins Spa before dedicating herself to the practical side of the beauty industry.

​

In 2014, Laura took a leap of faith and founded her own business, which has since flourished, leading to the opening of Concept Beauty Clinic in 2024.

​

Laura's diverse experiences within the beauty and aesthetics industry have sculpted her into the seasoned professional she is today. Laura's commitment to excellence is unwavering and can be seen her many qualifications spanning aesthetics, beauty, laser services, and nails.

​

Due to her passion for sharing her knowledge, Laura completed her teaching and assessing qualifications in 2013 having taught in Academies & FE colleges Laura now runs her own training academy L Wood Beauty Academy within Concept Beauty Clinic.​​

Sami is our clinic manager and a skilled beauty therapist.

​

After gaining her NVQ in Beauty Therapy in 2019 Sami has worked alongside Laura at Concept Beauty Clinic.

​

Sami extended her training with Laura and now has a range of qualifications within the Beauty Industry.

​

Sami's dedication extends to her favourite treatment the Hydrodermabrasion facial where each session is infused with precision and a personalised touch.

Natalie's journey began in 2001 when she commenced her training, achieving multiple qualifications in beauty.

​

Throughout her journey, she remained committed to continuous learning, attending various courses focusing on skincare.

​

Natalie discovered her passion in the industry was for advanced facials and laser hair removal. This fascination inspired her to complete her Level 4 Advanced Beauty Therapy Certification.

​

Natalie offers a wide range of treatments but specialises in all laser and skin treatments.

Siobhan gained her NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy in 2008 at the London College of Beauty Therapy. She woked at a busy London Salon for 8 years before becoming self-employed.

​

With a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends, she thrives on helping people feel their best, which is why she pursued a career in Aesthetics. Siobhan began her aesthetics journey in 2021. Her goal is to enhance natural beauty and boost confience. She recently added lip filler to her skill set this year. 

After taking a career break to look after her family. Nuala wanted to take on a new adventure in nails. 

She has previous experience with Acrylic nail extensions but now focuses on working with Gel Polish and UV Gel Nail extensions.

She looks forward to adding new techniques in Builder in a Bottle (BIAB), Pro-Press Soft Gel Extensions and Luxury Manicures over the next few months.

Her passion is to do nails that bring a smile to your face every time you see them 

Jemma became a qualified Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist back in 2018. 

She specialises in sports massage (deep tissue) and pain management, with each session personalised to meet the specific needs of her clients. 

She will be running regular sports massage clinics, as well as offering KTaping and personalised exercise plans for clients in need of pain management programs.

Jemma is passionate about helping individuals manage their pain, collaborating with exercise techniques to alleviate discomfort and strengthen targeted areas.

After 15 years in a medical background, Cee is now embracing a new chapter in her journey - bringing her passion for health into the world of wellness. She qualified in IVNT Vitamin drips and Multi Vitamin IM Injections in 2024 and is now joining us to run Wellness Clinics.
